Policy

Refunds are ONLY available for damaged or missing items!  I do not provide refunds unless something arrives broken. If this is the case, a photo must be emailed 24 hours after the delivery. There is no refund for a delayed or lost shipment after being posted, as this is not our fault.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not! If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT  This doesn’t happen very often at all, however if it does, this means that the post office has lost your package. After I ship your package off it is not in my control anymore and there is nothing I can do beyond this point. If you would like an update on the whereabouts of your package you will have to call your local postage courier for a refund or updates.  FALSE DELIVERY It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you give me an incorrect or incomplete address and fail to notify until it is shipped, that is your responsibility.  If the package is shipped and then returned to me because the buyer gave invalid shipping information, I will send an email, If this order is returned due to an error on my part, I will repay shipping. If the buyer did not give complete information, the buyer must repay shipping to receive the package :)   PLACING AN ORDER MEANS YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS POLICY
